Water Security
We advise national and subnational governments and multinational companies on the design and implementation of water security strategies adapted to the objectives of each organization: guaranteeing sustainable access to water for a population, or ensuring operational continuity and social license for a company.
Regulation and Public Policies
We assist public and private clients in identifying and managing regulatory risks, designing policies and regulations—from constitutional reforms to decrees—and developing self-regulation frameworks and best practices aligned with international standards. We apply behavioral science to public challenges and conduct regulatory impact analyses (RIAs) and ex-post evaluations to inform decisions with rigorous evidence.
Public law
We advise and represent associations and companies across various sectors in Latin America on complex public law matters, developing solutions that facilitate their business operations. We specialize in issues related to public utilities such as water, sanitation, waste management, energy, gas, and telecommunications.
Design Thinking
We design and facilitate co-creation spaces for multinational companies, international cooperation agencies, and national and subnational authorities. The goal is to identify and characterize problems, devise solutions, and develop prototypes, using design thinking methodologies and tools.
