Juan David is a lawyer from the University of the Andes, with a specialization in Public Policy from the same university and an MPA from University College London. He has extensive experience in both the Colombian public and private sectors, working for organizations such as the National Planning Department (DNP), the National Association of Industrialists (ANDI), the Mayor's Office of Bogotá, and the Superintendency of Public Utilities.
