Sara holds a degree in Mathematical Engineering from EAFIT University and an MSc in Urban Science and Applied Informatics from NYU. She has led experimental studies at NYU's Marron Institute for public agencies in the US and international projects in Colombia, Australia, Nigeria, and Mexico. She is a researcher at the Edgelands Institute and advises Transforma Global and the World Resources Institute on urban analysis and energy transition in Latin America.
