Valentina is an economist and anthropologist from the University of the Andes, with a Master's degree in Environmental Policy from Seoul National University (KEITI scholarship). She was an advisor to the Vice Ministry of Water and Basic Sanitation in Colombia. At Nalanda, she has developed comparative analyses of water regulatory frameworks in eight Latin American countries and institutional and economic evaluations in the public utilities sector.
