Strategic Update of Regulatory Standards for the Food Industry in Colombia

Given the need to update Resolution 2674 of 2013 from the Ministry of Health in response to market demands and public health concerns, Nalanda assessed the impact of the current regulation and formulated concrete technical proposals for updating the standards for food production, processing, distribution and marketing, adapting the regulatory framework to the new realities of the sector.
