Streamlining the Regulatory Framework for the Construction Sector for the Mayor's Office of Bogotá

Faced with the accumulation of obsolete regulations that generated legal uncertainty and hindered urban development in Bogotá, Nalanda designed and applied an innovative legal cleansing methodology for the Mayor's Office, allowing the systematic identification and elimination of provisions that contradicted or duplicated the regulations in force in the construction sector.
