Strategic Intervention for the Correction of Regulations in the Cleaning Sector

Given the existence of technical errors in the productivity factors incorporated in a Resolution of the cleaning sector issued by the Commission for the Regulation of Drinking Water and Basic Sanitation -CRA-, Nalanda intervened as an assistant before the Council of State in the simple annulment process, analyzing the arguments of the lawsuit and the proposals of the CRA and the MVCT, and structuring procedural interventions aimed at correcting the regulation in such a way that it reflects the technical and economic reality of the sector.
