Impact Measurement with a Gender Perspective in Water Access Programs for Vulnerable Communities

Given the need to demonstrate and optimize the social impact of the "Water Links" program in low-income communities in Paraguay, Mexico, and Colombia, Nalanda conducted a comparative regulatory analysis and designed a framework of impact indicators that integrated a gender perspective, allowing for a rigorous evaluation of the social effectiveness of water infrastructure programs in contexts of vulnerability.
