Role of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce as a Non-Judicial Remedies Platform in the Framework of Business and Human Rights

Given the need to strengthen mechanisms for access to business justice in Colombia, Nalanda analyzed the scope and potential of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce as an institution providing non-judicial remedy services, evaluating its role within the framework of the Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and formulating recommendations to enhance its function as a platform for the agile and effective resolution of business disputes.
