1. Identification of the website owner
Nalanda Analytica SAS (hereinafter, "Nalanda Analytica", "the Firm" or "we") is a simplified joint-stock company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Colombia, with its registered office in the city of Bogotá DC. 2. Object and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, "the Terms") govern access to and use of the Site by any individual or legal entity (hereinafter, "the User"). Access to and use of the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms in their version in effect at the time of access. If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the Site.
Nalanda Analytica reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the posting of changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
3. Nature of the Site and its contents
The Site is for informational and commercial purposes. Its aim is to present the specialized consulting services offered by Nalanda Analytica in the following areas: water security; regulation and public policy; public law; and design thinking. The published content—including articles, reports, opinion columns, presentations, and project descriptions—is for illustrative and informational purposes only.
No content on this Site constitutes legal, regulatory, financial, or other advice. The provision of professional services by Nalanda Analytica is subject to a specific contract between the Firm and the client.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio or video files, data compilations, and software—is the property of Nalanda Analytica SAS or its content providers and is protected by applicable Colombian and international intellectual property laws, including Law 23 of 1982, Andean Decision 351 of 1993, and international treaties ratified by Colombia.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation of the contents of the Site is prohibited without the prior and express authorization of Nalanda Analytica, except for uses permitted by law.
The Nalanda Analytica trademark and other distinctive signs used on the Site are the property of the Firm. Their unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.
5. Processing of personal data
5.1 Applicable regulatory framework
The processing of personal data carried out through the Site is governed by:

Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees (Decree 1377 of 2013, incorporated in the Single Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. For the resolution of any disputes arising from their interpretation or application, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá DC, Colombia, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
